Draft for our pilot program — this will be reviewed by counsel before public launch.

By booking a tee time through Golfware, you agree to pay the course directly for your reservation and to follow that course’s own pace-of-play, cancellation, and conduct policies. Golfware facilitates the booking; the course you book with is responsible for honoring it.

Cancellations should be made as early as possible so the tee time can be offered to another golfer. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book through Golfware in the future.

We may update these terms as the pilot program evolves. Material changes will be posted here.
