The Dogwood Course at the Country Club of North Carolina in Pinehurst is a private 18-hole course designed by Ellis Maples and Willard Byrd, opened in 1963 and renovated in 2016 by Kris Spence. It is the only zoysia course in the Sandhills, features Champion Ultradwarf Bermuda greens, and has been ranked among Golf Digest's Top 100 for 33 years (currently #5 in North Carolina, 2026).
