Pittsburgh Field Club is a private 18-hole club in Fox Chapel, about six miles northeast of downtown Pittsburgh. The course, originally designed by Alexander Findlay in 1915 and later modified by Donald Ross and A.W. Tillinghast, plays to 6,611 yards at a par of 71. It hosted the 1937 PGA Championship and is noted for an elevator connecting the 17th green to the 18th tee; other amenities include a driving range, swimming pool, tennis and paddleball courts, and a full-service restaurant.
