Occano is an Arnold Palmer Signature course (with Harrison Minchew and Ed Seay) on the Albemarle Sound in Merry Hill, formerly known as Scotch Hall Preserve. The par-72, 18-hole layout opened in 2009 and underwent a bunker and green-surrounds remodel in 2022 under new ownership. Eleven holes offer sound views, and amenities include a driving range, short-game area, and pro shop.
