18-hole championship course designed by Arnold Palmer, opened in 1977 with 6,100-6,800 yards depending on tees and par 72. Devoid of housing, plays through native Carolina pines delivering serenity with wide fairways and large Mini Verde Bermuda greens. Traditional design with all par-4s under 400 yards and par-5s under 500 yards, finishing uniquely with par-3 featuring water down the left side.
