The Heritage course at Marquette Golf Club is an 18-hole public layout on Lake Superior's shore. The original nine, designed by William Langford and Theodore Moreau, opened in 1926; David Gill added the back nine in 1969, climbing into hillier terrain with Lake Superior views. Plays to roughly 6,249 yards at a par of 71.
