The Foothills Course is one of three nine-hole courses (with Lakes and Mountain) that make up the private, Jack Nicklaus-designed Governors Club community course in Chapel Hill. Foothills, which opened in 1990, is the longest of the three nines at 3,560 yards and offers wide fairways with multiple tee options.
