Forest Hills Golf Course (the Black Diamond course at Forest Hills Resort) is a public 18-hole course in Detroit Lakes designed by Bruce Hoyt that opened in 1985, playing 6,119 yards (par 72) through wetlands, rolling hills, and oak forest, with black sand bunkers and new cart paths. On-site amenities include golf simulators, mini golf, a pro shop, and Izzo's Bar & Grill overlooking the 18th green.
